There several routine time to visits:

1. Afternoon visits
2. Night routine visits
3. Special occasion

But you wont get any services if visit at:

1. Sunday and National Day
2. Monday (this day use to maintenance the binocular)
3. A week before or after Iedul Fitri
4. 30 December or 30 January in every year
